Keeping in view, the growing needs of ADR, The Hon'ble Chief Justice of India {CJI} Shri NV Ramana and Telangana Chief Minister Shri K. Chandrasekhar Rao Jointly inaugurated India's first International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC) at Hyderabad on 18 Dec, 2021. According to CJI Ramanna "One should approach a court only after exploring the option of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system by availing its methods of Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation, etc.,". These ADR Centers would be a boon for companies, organisations or Individuals of both Indian and international, to resolve their disputes,".

People regularly ask me what makes CIA different from other ADR firms. As we know, Disputes are part of doing business; and at CIA, resolving them is our business. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is CIA's core practices. As the use of ADR has grown, so too has the sophistication of the processes we employ. Effective, successful use of ADR mechanisms requires counsel with specialized training and experience. CIA has long been at the forefront of ADR development, investing significantly to train our Lawyers & Consultants who experienced in the full range of arbitration, negotiation, mediation and other settlement techniques. CIA was conceptualised in the year 2021 and was launched in 2022, just after the inauguration of India's first International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC) at Hyderabad on 18 Dec, 2021 by The Hon'ble Chief Justice of India {CJI} Shri NV Ramana and Telangana Chief Minister Shri K. Chandrasekhar Rao. We are Non -Profit Organization; our aim is to reduce the litigation by promoting ADR techniques to save Money, Time and Energy. We encourage ADR to promote Peace & Harmony in our Society.
I am personally Chairman & Director of few firms and I know the number of compliance, policies, procedures and legalities, a corporate has to comply with. To avoid litigation is a prime objective of any Individual or Corporate. I have used my knowledge and experience to establish a 'One Point' Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) services centre which can reduce Litigation & Risk and increase Productivity, Transparency, Credibility and Cordial Relationships.
