We are pleased to invite you to join the panel of Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution [ADR] Experts as Mediators, Conciliators, Ombudsman and Arbitrators of India’sone of the prestigious independent Alternative Dispute Resolution organization.

CIA is now inviting memberships globally specific jurisdiction on the panel. There are 3 main panels and you can represent one panel for which you will qualify based on your expertise and experience.

JUDICIAL PANEL :

Standard Eligibility
  • Judges retired from Supreme Court/High Court/Trial Courts of India
  • Designated Senior Advocate
  • -General / Auditor-General,
  • Field Marshal/General or equivalent in Defense Sector
  • Professionals/Employees/Other with minimum 20 Years of experience
  • Any other similar or comparable qualifications subject to the approval of VIA
  • Equivalent qualifications are expected for Panelist Members Outside India
